ALF Emergency Bathroom Repair
Just wrapped up an emergency bathroom renovation at an assisted living facility.
A water leak from above caused both bathroom ceilings to collapse. We quickly removed the damaged ceiling and soaked duct insulation, completed mold remediation, and ran a 3-day dehumidification process to ensure everything was safe and dry.
To help prevent future issues, I recommended replacing the drywall ceiling with an acoustical drop ceiling for easier overhead access in case of emergencies. The bathrooms are now fully restored and back in service and the client couldn’t be happier.
